Disneyland

I haven't posted yet because I felt like I had nothing to talk about. I'm sure you didn't want to hear how we went to work or picked up kids from school. Now that it's been a month I have some things to talk about!

Noah had his 7th birthday! Nothing like kids growing up to make you feel old, but strange to remember what it was like to be 7 yourself. Noah had a typical day at school. I made him what I thought was a special lunch, but he informed me lunchables is what all the kids eat everyday. Oh well. I did put two hostess cupcakes in there for him to share with a friend and a silly birthday card. After school we went to play laser tag. Since it was a school night we were the only ones there. It felt really special to have the place to ourselves. I held Deacon's pack and he shot the gun. We all had allot of fun.

The next week we went to Disneyland and the beach. Deacon was excited to meet Donald Duck and Noah was excited to see the new Cars Land.

Luckily they got to do both.
Deacon and I browsed stores while Noah and Jeremy rode Radiator Springs. A fun ride but Deacon wasn't tall enough.
*None of the items pictured were actually purchased.
Sometimes you go all the way to Disneyland for your kid to watch ants in the cracks of the sidewalks.
 Waiting for tea cups

Waiting for Toy Story Mania. With all that waiting we all must be so patient now!

We had fun, ate the churros, saw the fireworks and came home.

Next post I'll tell you about Jeremy's fun shoulder surgery!
